Recruitment to BPSC is done on the basis of the GATE examination and its scores. The candidates should have a valid GATE score if they want to get recruited in BPSC through the GATE exam. The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their GATE scores. After that, the qualified candidates will have to appear in the BPSC interview process. The final selection will be based on the performance of candidates in BPSC interviews and medical fitness tests. Age Limit – As of August 1, 2021 , General (UR) Male Candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 37. BC / Extremely BC and General Female Candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 40. SC/ST (both male and female) candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 42.
