The symptoms of this disease can be explained by other diseases and therefore leukaemia can be diagnosed by a complete blood count or bone marrow analysis. People with chromosomal abnormalities or certain genetic conditions hold a very high risk of leukaemia. For example, people with Down syndrome have high chances of developing forms of acute leukaemia. 
3. Osteopenia, osteitis deformans and osteomalacia – Are very similar to Osteoporosis as these are other types of bone loss.  The symptoms include back pain caused by a fracture or collapsed vertebra. 

1. Scoliosis, kyphosis and lordosis – This disease deals with the abnormalities of the spinal curve.
