Those who qualify for the written test by going through the endurance test will have to participate in a written OMR-based examination of 100 marks. The cutoff for the same for 2019 is given below for reference so that candidates will know the average requirements.

(ii) There are various factors such as number of candidates, number of vacancies and the category of candidates which affect the cutoff score every year. Hence, the cut-off doesn’t need to range around the same score as the previous year.

(iii) Even though a candidate secures good marks in the written test, it does not guarantee their position. The written test is just one of the steps, and a person has to go through a physical test after this.
