  • The message must be well-explained while containing all the specific details. Wrong communications should never be delivered since they cause communication problems.
  • The messages must be delivered in the proper sequence. Sending a message that starts with the word “end” and finishes with the phrase “complete” is not permitted. The receiver will misinterpret the communication, resulting in conflicts and opposing points of view. People should be able to exchange information in a logical, linear, and well-thought-out manner.
