CA Foundation Exam Registration Process

The registration process for the CA Foundation exam is mentioned below:

  • Candidates interested in pursuing the CA Foundation exam can register online through the official website of ICAI
  • The online form filling process will run from 21st February 2022 to 13th March 2022
  • Candidates can pay the examination fee online using Master or VISA or Maestro Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Rupay Card/ Net Banking/ Bhim UPI
  • Candidates who apply late will be charged a late fee of Rs 600 (for domestic and Kathmandu centers) and US $10 for overseas centers
  • Applicants must create a login ID and password to begin the registration process

In case login is not created, candidates should follow the below-mentioned steps:

  • Candidates should select their registration number prefix from the drop down menu, and if none of the above suggestions match, they should select ‘others’ 
  • Then candidates must authenticate using course+SRN+DOB
  • If it is authenticated, candidates must submit email and mobile details and then log in with their registration number and password, they must provide address details and complete the validation process of email and mobile number
  • If it is not authenticated, then candidates should register provisionally, for which they have to submit details such as email ID and mobile number to complete the process

If login is created, candidates should follow the steps mentioned below:

  • If the form is live, candidates should keep the required annexures ready and upload them
  • After that, applicants should make payment and download the PDF generated

If the photo does not appear on the downloaded PDF, candidates should follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Candidates should paste the passport size photograph on the PDF, take attestations, send PDF to ICAI and must keep a copy with themselves for reference

If the photo appears on the PDF, candidates should follow the below-mentioned guidelines:

  • They can download the admit card hosted by ICAI and take a printout of the admit card to appear in the exam
