How to stay safe from exploitation?

Ans : Article 23-24 of the constitution of India provides the right against exploitation. If any individual feels exploited in any circumstance or from any person can approach the law and judiciary of India to get the appropriate justice. The victim person can take the help of either police or court to get the concerned person punished appropriately. Nobody can exploit anyone on the basis of gender, caste, sex, and more.
