Why did Mahatma Gandhi withdraw from the Non Cooperation Movement?

Ans : Satyagrahis, Gandhiji believed, needed to be properly trained for mass struggles. Gandhiji noticed that the Non-Cooperation Movement was becoming increasingly violent in many areas. As a result, in February 1922, Mahatma Gandhi decided to call a halt to the Non-Cooperation Movement.
