In this lesson I have discussed about how France become Constitutional monarchy and how they reduce the power of king Louis sixteenth and National assembly finally framed Constitution which gave common men rights to life, freedom of speech, freedom of opinion,equality before law and these were established as inalienable rights,that is they belonged to each human being from the birth. The Constitution began itself with these rights that is called as "Declaration of rights of man and citizens".
