ASSUMPTIONS: An assumption is something which is assumed, supposed and taken for granted.
When an assumption is invalid: An assumption will be invalid if it is a restatements. Putting it in different words of the given statements When we restate a sentence in a negative sense, which changes its appearance but its meaning remains the same. ARGUMENTS: In such types of problems, ques. Consist of a statements. The statements is usually in the form of suggested course of action. Followed by two arguments advocates the suggested course of action by pointing Out of the positive features & other arguments against the suggested course of action by pointing out the negative features. Our job is to determine whether a given arguments is forceful or not.
When arguments is weak: In case of example & analogies arguments is weak. In case of ques. Back arguments is weak. In case of too simple arguments is weak.
