i'm 2019 aspirant of ias exams .sir I'm covering GS syllabus but I'm unable to understand when should I start preparation of my optional subject which is history . I won't join any coaching so please sir wheverever you get time do reply to my comment ????

If I may reply to your query... Roman Sir and Jatin Sir have said in their sessions that "optional subject " is the one which is chosen out of interest and basically carries a lot of your you can prepare that during the later periods...3 months last to prelims . Or u can even give some time-2hrs daily to take HISTORY eye-to-eye....BUT DAILY By doing this you consume some time from your GS prep but at the same time omit every single possibility of securing less marks in it. Both methods have disadvantages and advantages.
