It is never too late to start. CAT syllabus is something that all have studied in school so brush up on your basics aur billi ko pakad lo... practice like hell aur billi ko apna pet bana lo... focus on your weaknesses. Give a few mocks and identify your weaknesses and just work on those... I don't believe in schedules... education is not a job or an obligation (if u force yourself to, you won't get 100% information out)... study and practice as much and as long as you can. Best of luck! Remember, don't stress out... you lose 10 marks for stress :p

Well, set out at least two hours of practice each weekday and 6-7 hours of practice for weekends... Use course material available with you or use the material that has been covered on Unacademy (I am making the entire syllabus for CAT w.r.t 2017 available on the platform soon)... Do not forget to do previous year papers and give as many mocks as possible. Practice is the only way to go... Focus more on high priority topics first!

Well, honestly, your English is weak (based on these two comments that is). Language doesn't improve in a day. You need to diligently devote yourself to reading and speaking as much English as possible. To improve vocabulary do Word Power made Easy, to learn Grammar do Wren and Martin, to improve Grammar do 30 days to better english... All three of these courses are available on Unacademy so go ahead with whatever you need to improve. To improve RC, step one, read a lot... A LOT! ... step two is to practice good quality questions. Best of Luck!
