he is right...whatever loss if somebody suffer from 19th to till date in current affairs through MCQs, PIB etc... He is not obliged for it.. neither Unacademy.. as somebody made the course and dumb it on another...and courses are like football.. today i can't play.. so soorry guys..

  3. A body is classified on the basis of the source from where it derives its powers. NON CONSTITUTIONAL BODIES (extra constitutional bodies) CONSTITUTIONAL BODIES STATUTORY BODIES EXECUTIVE BODIES R. AGRAWAL

  4. EXAMPLE UPSC- Article (315-323) Election commission Article 324 CAG-Article 148 Finance commission Article 280 CONSTITUTIONAL BODIES These bodies are mentioned in the constitution. You will see articles associated with them. r They derive their power from constitution. R. AGRAWAL Constitution ko amend karna padega to change them.

  5. A constitutional body is setup under specific instructions given in the constitution. It is mandatory for the govt. to set up such a body and it cannot dispense off easily when it becomes uncomfortable R. AGRAWAL

  6. NON CONSTITUTIONAL BODIES These bodies don't find place in the constitution. They derive their powers from other sources. R. AGRAWAL

  7. EXAMPLE National green tribunal act NGT act 2010. STATUTORY BODIES SEBI SEBI act 1992. Statute laws made by legislative bodies (central + state). National tiger conservation authority - wildlife protection act 1972 So a body that derives its power from law made by parliament/state is statutory body. CVC-CVC act. R. AGRAWAL

  8. Executive bodies: VThese are created by executive resolution. No laws backing them. Matlab by govt. Action. EX: Planning commission, NITI aayog, national development council. R. AGRAWAL
