Sub-categorization of OBC is a smart move to incorporate economic reservation although at present there two categories under OBC are Creamy Layer and Non- Creamy Layer. I think this step should bring into all kind of Social Classifications (GEN, SCs STs, Minrities etc.) that leads to eradication of caste based reservation in future and everyone will get fare representation. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ My Question : Why will a teacher/Administrator/ or well earned parents son/ daughter get reservation on the basis of Caste?\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ The caste based reservation has very bad impact..suppose a Reserved category person get a job and he get well settled. Now he can taught his or her child/ children in a good school, provide health facilities along with nutritious food. So there child/ children can get good marks ignoring the IQ LEVEL or other thinks i.e. they have opportunity to get all this but "they may not able to" is different thing. But again when these child/ children again get benefit due to all facilities left behind those child or children of the same reserved caste from all kind of development. And this is what is going on from last 50/60 years and it has bridge the gap but more deepen the gap to bring out those who are economical so week to live a meal per day.
