The course has been designed primarily as an entry for the event 'Teachathon' by the team 'Lone Warrior'. It tries to bring forward the desired traits in a Civil Servant and whether the present system of recruitment is able to get the people with those traits. The course illustrates the public policy research done in 2013 under the Rakshak Foundation Internship Program. The research outcomes were sent as recommendations to UPSC and DoPT for their kind consideration.
