sir actually at anode oxidation happens means loss of electrons so why it does not get positive charge

Hi ..... You are correct that at anode oxidation occurs. But oxidised Zn2+ ions goes into solution and hence solution becomes positively charged. Now Zinc leaves electron on metal rod hence metal rod becomes negatively charged. If you see overall positive charge of solution is neutralised by negative ions from salt bridge.
