Ans 7 - It is a water distribution treaty between India and Pakistan arranged by World bank in which India is allowed to use 20% of water for irrigation, power generation and transport purposes. Beas, Ravi and Sutlej are to be governed by India, while, Indus, Chenab and Jhelum are to be taken care by Pakistan. It is special or we can say associated like Olympic Rings (here three rings and middle one is India) so if one ring heats up other two(China and Pakistan) will heat automatically. Also, you can't left this chain and can't take decision on its own. For third part, 1.Imagine if water is stopped by India then where it will go, it can create catastrophic conditions like flood in India itself. 2.Also, we are fighting for being a member of UNSC and this decision would effect India's image globally. So conclusion is India is using its 6-7% share of Indus water presently so if it would use its complete share 20% then it would affect Pakistan as Pakistan already discussed in its senat for >90% water share
