Mam, How do we solve this problem!
A, B and C can do a piece of work in 20, 30 and 60 days respectively. In how many days can A do the work if he is assisted by B and C on every third day?

Assume total units as lcm of 20,30, 60
Then calculate per day unit work of A,B and C
Then according to question, check in 3 days how many units are completed, as the set of 3 days is repeated where A is working for all 3 days and B and C are working on third day only
Like here total work = LCM is 60 units
A can do 60/20 = 3 units/day
Similarly B = 2 units/day
C = 1 unit/day
In 3 days A can do 9 units
While B and C worked on third day = 3 units
Total 12 units are completed in 3 days
And for 60 units no. Of sets of 3 days will be = 60/12 = 5
5 sets of 3 days means = 15 days
