One dodbt to me..when ir is +ve iy and in are negative or not.tell me
wrt to the supreme Court judgement for green crackers, there is no hard and fast rule that the South Indian states can burn crackers in the morning. it is upto them to decide and the state governments can act accordingly.
I too have this opinion.. The court has allowed to choose their own time slot
