I couldn’t understand the Demand Pull Question, beacause if demand increases that means money with people is increasing then wage rate has to increase and at the same time people will stop parking their money in mfs and stocks thus decreasing investment but would support the market investment I.e. investment in product development so increase in investment will not happen entirely.

Rise in wage rate will lead to increase in demand and thus inflation. Why that is not there in the answer?

in simple Language if ur salary increase u will buy more goods. Matlab govt ne market Mai jyada Paisa release Kiya h in form of ur salary or pays or wages so there will be growth in demands of goods! and will lead to inflation

Wage rate increase means higher wage to employees by employer, which implies rise in price of products to be sold.....so this is mainly cost pull inflation
@Anirudh.....your comment solve all the dis ambiguity....thanks

@Anirudh, that will be the case only in scenarios where production is at maximum. In India, factories % of running at max production is low because of scope of development and hence demand pull inflation will be major factor then the other

@Ramendra Thakur..The word used was "Wage Rate" which indicates about cost pulling or Employer side...but if there is like "increase in wages or salary then that indicates demand pulling or Employee side....
Ramendra Thakur

@prateek so what will happen to that extra wages ? Will those be kept in lockers and given in donations? Obviously a percentage of it has to be invested back in market.

My mistake to focusing this question with Indian markets. Wage increments will lead to cost increment universally.
6/10 ........sir also believe rise in the wage rate also increase demand pool

And investment means capital formation. So, it can't be a demand side factor.
