How to generate an invoice?

Dear Learners, You can generate your invoice directly through Help & Support by following the below steps: 

1. Go to the "Me" section on the application/website and select "Need more Assistance
Alternatively, you can access the support widget on the website. 

2. Select "Payments and Subscriptions" and then click on "Request Invoice" Your invoice will be generated and shared with you. 
If you encounter any issues, a ticket will be generated. 
Please note down the Ticket ID for further communication. The support team will share the invoice over the ticket.



Can I make changes to the invoice after it is generated?


Once an invoice is generated, Unacademy cannot make changes to details such as name, email ID, etc. This policy is implemented to uphold the accuracy of financial records and adhere to regulatory requirements. Please ensure that you provide the correct information during registration and payment.
