It is always recommended to keep your email ID and phone number updated on Unacademy in order to have a seamless experience and receive clear communication. Here’s how you can do it:

App:
To change/update your mobile number/ email Id on the Unacademy Mobile App, please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. On the top left corner of the app, click on the Hamburger menu (3 Bars).
2. Click Settings > Account 
3. You can replace your existing Mobile Number / Email ID with your new credentials. 
4. Verify the same with the OTP sent to your updated Mobile Number/Email ID.

Note - Each Mobile Number/Email ID can be linked to one Unacademy account only.

To change your Mobile Number / Email ID on the Unacademy Website, follow the steps mentioned below: 

1. On the top right section of the website, click on your account. 

2. Click “Settings” > Edit email” or “Edit number” 

3. Verify the same with the OTP sent to the updated Mobile Number / Email ID.
