What is the eligibility criteria for UPL?
Anyone preparing for GATE & ESE exams can take these tests to boost their preparation.
How much is the Registration Fee for UPL?
It is a FREE Test for all aspirants for GATE & ESE.
What is the test pattern of UPL League Stage & Play Offs?
- Paper will contain 30 questions
- All questions are a combinaton of MCQ, MSQ & NAT type according to GATE 2021.
- Correct answers will be awarded +3 marks and incorrect answers will be penalised with -1 marks (Maximum Marks 90)
- The maximum time available to attempt the paper is 1.5 hour.
What is the test pattern of UPL Finals?
- Paper will contain 65 questions
- All questions are a combinaton of MCQ, MSQ & NAT type according to GATE 2021
- Correct answers will be awarded +3 marks and incorrect answers will be penalised with -1 marks (Maximum Marks 90)
- The maximum time available to attempt the paper is 3 hours.
Can I attempt UPL on all the dates?
Yes, you can attempt UPL on all three dates i.e. last three Saturdays of October. However, it is best to give the test live and win exciting prizes.
When will be UPL results announced?
UPL Results will be announced on Tuesday every week, and distributed by next 5 business days.

Where and How will I be able to attempt UPL?
You can attempt the test on your desktop or on your mobile by signing in to the Unacademy website or learning app using your registered mobile number or email address. Please ensure that you have a good internet connection.
What if I get late for a UPL Test?
We encourage you to attend the test live and be on time. However, if you are not able to begin on time, you will need to finish the test within the allotted time left.
How many times can I attempt UPL? Will I be eligible for prizes again?
Yes, you can attempt UPL multiple times however to be eligible for a Rank based prizes, you need to give it LIVE.
Will UPL also be conducted Offline?
No UPL will be conducted online, on the Unacademy Platform only.
Will I need a Login and Password to attempt UPL 2020?
Use your registered Unacademy Learner credentials to attempt the test live.

What will happen in case of rank clashes?
Rank clashes will be resolved through 2 criterias. One would be based on the ‘Time Taken to Complete the Test’. The other would be judged on ‘Lower Number of Wrong Answers’.
