Reactions Mechanism introduction

Bond clevage is two direction process ▪ when two electron each of which is supplied by a different atom , the process is called 《Colligation》 and reverse process is called Homolysis .
                 ▪ A covalent bond is formed by a pair of electrons both of which come from one of the two reagents the process is called 《Coordination》 and its reverse process is called Heterolysis

"Reactive intemediates are molecular entities with lifetimes appreciably longer than a molecular vibration ,formed during the conversion of reactants to products for a chemical reaction" .
 These intemediates find numerous applications in field such as organic synthesis , photolithography , photocrosslinking and photo affinity labeling .

Carbocation are common intermediate in organic chemistry. We have encountered carbocation in Sn-1 Substitution and E-1 Elimination. Although carbocation are never present in high concentration ( because they are unstable and highly reactive ) 
 ▪ Carbocation have a carbon centred empty p orbital .
  ▪ 6 electrons species 
   ▪  trigonal planar

" Reaction Intermediate" Carbocation

This video about stability of Classical carbocation which contain a trivalent carbon atom center. The carbon atom is in sp2 state of Hybridization .all the three orbitals lie in one plane .
 Carbocation is the result of Heterolytic cleavage of two electrone bond between a carbon atom and an attached group. 
  Stability of carbocation decideed by solvent interaction .carbonium ion have only a fleeting existence and indirect method must b used for their study.

▪ React with a nucleophile to give sn1 product 
▪ loose a proton to give E1 product 
▪ Rearrange to another carbocation
▪ Undergo addition to Unsaturated compounds 
▪ Undergo reaction with leaving group and results in the formation of starting reactant.

Carbocation Rearrangement (Hindi)

▪ The removal of a hydrogen atom and a halogen atom known as Dehydrohalogenation.Similarly the elimination of a water molecule usually from an alcohol is known as Dehydration.
