This is an overview of the course on Magnetic Force. It gives the list of all the lessons covered in this course and we'll see how much this portion is usually asked in the competitive exams. Lastly, we'll see what are the sources from where you can practice problems to get better at numericals.

Overview of the Course

This lesson presents the first answer to the question that how does a moving charged particle behave when it's in a magnetic field. We'll see how does it behave when it enters a uniform magnetic field i.e. what's the path traced? Is it elliptical, parabolic, straight line?
Finally, we'll study about Aurora Borealis.

This lesson will go a step ahead and answer the question that how would a wire behave in a magnetic field. Does it experience force? If yes, then how much? Watch this lesson to know many more answers and be prepared to use vectors!

Magnetic Force on Current-Carrying Wire

This lesson presents another interesting question on how would two wires behave when they are placed next to each other. Will they attract each other or repel? Watch this lesson to know more things in detail like where do we use integration, use of cross product.
