This portion of the lesson discusses about the different important essentials of the Indian Contract Act or I would say the Essentials of a valid contract and if even one single point of these Essentials are not fulfilled and or somewhere absent then it cannot be said to be a perfectly valid contract and would create problem for the parties entering into the contract.

This version of the lesson describes about the breach of contract which is very very important topic in the Indian Contract Act 1872 chapter of mercantile law business law and I have tried to discuss the basics of breach of contract in a simple language as it could be with different examples to provide even more clarity for the topic and I hope that the students and their students must have got the appropriate knowledge.
