This collection deals with the basic principles of Economy. It begins with the concept of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), its definition and real life examples that in simple terms will help you understand the topic. It also throws light on the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors. The collection then looks further into the concept of GDP, the constant and current prices in the economy and has various illustrations and examples to get a better understanding of this. Then we have a lesson which is about Gross National Product (GNP), how to be able to calculate the GNP using a formula and find the difference between Gross Domestic Product and Gross National Product, it also focuses trade balance, interest on a loan and private remittances by Non-Residential Indians. The last part of the collection educates us on the concept of National Domestic Production (NDP), Net National Production (NNP) and the concept if depreciation with various examples.
