This is a continuation of lesson 1. Here we discuss the ways as to why there is a need to set limitations on the government or any institution.

2. Constitution : Why and how? - (functions of the Constitution continued)

The ways in which Constitution gives us our political and moral identity and it's significance. This closes the the last function of the Constitution. Finally, the lesson introduces - principals of legitimacy of the Constitution, which is key to it's sustenance.

3. Constitution : Why and How? - Function - identity of a people and principles of legitimacy

In the last lesson we introduced the principles of legitimacy. Here we discuss the same with the agitation over constitutional issues in Nepal. Also, we introduce the reasons that give the Indian Constitution it's legitimacy.

Balanced institutional design is the last principle of legitimacy. This closes the chapter (Constitution : why and how?).
