In sexual reproduction in flowering plant flower is the reproductive organ has floral and reproductive whorls.calyx and corolla is floral whorls,androcium and gynocium is reproductive whorls.sepal,petal,stemen and carpel is the unit of calyx,corolla,androcium and gynocium respectively.in a androcium anther,connective and filament is presents.filament is sterile tissue.in a anther many of pollen grain are present.anther has 4 types.basifixed,dorsifixed,adenate and versatile..

Flower and Structure of Anther (in Hindi)

Internal structure of anther has 4 layer epidermis,endothecium,middle laye and tapetum.tapetum is nutritive also secrets enzyme callase and form pollen kit.inside the tapetum pollen grain are developed.in Microsporogenesis   (n)microspore are formed from (2n) micro spore mother cell.MMC gives pollen grain in which outer wall exine contain sporopolenine inner made by pectin and cellulose.internally has genrative and tube cell.

Anatropus ovule is presents inside the ovary.arrangement of ovule is called placenta.ovule has stalk which connects ovule  to ovary called funiculus which persit in matuar seed called raphe.body of ovule connect to stalk called hilum.inside the body basal part is called chalaza from chalaza integument is form which is the convert into seed coat.micropyle  is tip of ovule and inside it emnryo sac present has antipoda, polar bodies and egg cells

Megasporangium & Development of Female Gametophyte (in Hindi)

Mega spore mother cell convert  by meiotic div into 4 haploid mega spore in which chalazal megaspore is functional and remain micropyler cell are degenerate.functional mega spore goes to 3 kariyokinesis and form 8 nuclei in which cytokinesis takes place and 3 goes in upper calleda ntipodal in centre poler nuclei  and in micropyle side large egg cell and small 2  synergids present. That is called embryosac which is monosporic ,  endosporic and polygonum type.

Development of Female Gamethophyte (in Hindi)

Transfer of pollen grain from anther to stigma is pollination.It has tow types self and cross pollination , self pollination has autogamy and geitanogamy type.in autogamy pollen grain transfer on same F1 of same plant.in geitanogamy pollengrain are transferre to stigma of another F1 of same plant.cross pollination has two types in xenogamy pollen grain of F1 of one plant to the stigma of another F1 of different plant belonging to the same species and in hybridization pollen grain are transferred from one F1 of one plant to the stigma of another F1 of different plant belonging to the differ subspecies is called hybridization.

Pollination Part 1 (in Hindi)

For self pollination flower is bisexual and homogenous mean both the sex organ mature at same time, cleistogamous meaning sex organs are enclosed in F1.Vinca rose, Solanum tuberosum and 4 O clock plant shows self pollination and the last is geo carpy meaning fertilization is aerial but letter fruit formation is underground.In cross pollination flower in unisexual and dichogamous. Solid style and heterostyl is fevers for cross pollination

Pollination part 2

Agencies of pollination has a biotic and biotic agent in which biotic is wind and water.pollination by wind is called anemophily and plants is called anemophilous plant.they has certain adaptations.flower is small large in no , no fragrance , no nectar, calyx and corolla is reduced, stamen is presents at above level of plants anther is versatile and pollen grain are pale yellow light weight. Style is long and present lower level of the plants.example is maiz , johar.etc.

In hydrophilic, pollination  takes place in water which has two types  1) hypohydrophily 2)  epihydrophily, in hypohydrophily Pollination takes place bellow the surface of the water example is zostera and ceratophyllum , In epihydrophily pollination takes place above the surface of the water example is vallisneria.

Pollination part 4(hydrophily)

Entomophily. pollination takes place by insect and which plant is called entomophilous plant.bees butterflies etc are responsible for pollen.adaptation for flower, it is large, conspicuous, fragrance presents.jasmine has fragrance for pollination in sunflower infloresence bouganvillea brace is pataloidetc

Pollination 5 (Entomophily)

Pollination takes place by Bird is called ornithophily and the plants is called ornithophilus plant flower is larg no fragrance nectar is present.birds has poor sens of smell exine is sticky example is bottle brush.in chiropterophily pollination takes place by bat is called chiropterophily and the plants called chiropterophilous plant flower is nocturnal opens in night tyme.

Pollination part 6 ( ornithophily, chiropterophily)

Fertilization is the process in which male and female gamet is fussed to form (2n) zygote.in which firstly in a same species plants, pollen grain identified same stigma and deposits called pollen pistil interaction.than pollen grain matured and pollen tube emerge out in which only generative cell mitotic division takes place and 2 male gamet is formed.

Fertilization part 1

Non motile male gamet is goes in style to the ovule is called siphonogamy. When pollen tube enter by chalaza called chalazogamy , by intugment mesogamy and by micropyle porogamy.1st male gamet is fussed with egg cell to form (2n) zygote and 2nd male gamet is function with polar nuclei to form (3n) pri endosperm nucleus.

Fertilization part 2

Endosperm is form by fusion of 2nd male gamet and polar nuclei.endosperm is the nutritive tissue provide nutrition to developing embryo.3 types of endosperm is present nuclear , cellular and hellobial endosperm

Development of endosperm & types

Embryo is formed from zygote and gives terminal and besal cell terminal cell gives proembryo and bawal cell gives suspensor suspensor pushed embryo in endosperm.

Development of Dicot embryo part 1

Zygote division form pro embryo and suspensor pro embryo divides periclinally those upper part gives plumule and cotyledon and lower part gives hypocotyl.suspensor has upper cell called hypophysis, it divides and upper tow cell forms root cortex and lower two root too.this structured convert into heart shaped than horse shoes shaped.

Development of dicot embryo part 2

Monocot embryo formed terminal cell , basal cell and middle cell, terminal cell forms cotyledon middle cell forms plumule radical epi and hypo city and suspensor.besal cell does not forms any part.

Seeds are dry ovule which has seed coat , embryo and cotyledon
Albuminous and ex albuminous types of seed are present.fruit is ripped ovary which has wall called pericarp when seed fruit form without fertilization call3rd parthenocarpy. Example is banana
