Introduction and election of President(in Hindi)

This chapter deals with the Power of President.

Power of President is classified under three categories- executive, Judiciary and legislative.

Executive Power- President appoints Prime minister and other minister on the advice of Prime minister. President even appoints the other members of the Government like CAG, ATTORNEY GENERAL etc.

Legislative Power - The president give his assent on any bill. He can keep the bill with himself , change return and even can act as pocket veto. The president is the one who can declare any area as tribal. President appoints 12 members as Rajya Sabha members from different field of their achievements and 2 members as Anglo Indians for Lok Sabha.

Judiciary Power- the president seeks advice of the Supreme court related to any case regarding law or legal matters. President appoints Chief Justice of India, judges of Supreme Court and High Court.

This lesson deals with the tenure of the President. When does reelection of President takes place and how it takes place. When does seat of A president becomes vacant and who acts as a President in the absence of President and when the place of e is vacant. It also takes about the impeachment of President and it's procedure.

This chapter deals with the various types of veto power of the President. There are three types of veto power of President - absolute veto, suspended veto and pocket Veto.
Absolute veto - This is the case when President says yes for the bill or he signs the Bill which becomes the ACT.

Pocket Veto - In this, the President keeps the bill with himself without making decision against it.

Suspensive Veto - This is the case when President send the bill back to the legislative for reconsideration.
