As per the overview session, you have understood the importance of percentage section in Airthmatic. In percentage if you understand the basic use of fraction value of any percent then u might be able to perform well in CGL. Fraction values are useful in calculations. somewhere you should have to use 100 as initial value and somewhere fractions. So once go through the fraction value session so you can realise the importance in odd percentage values.

Use of Fraction Values in Percentage (in Hindi)

How to solve the questions related to increment or decrement. you can take initial value as 100 and increase or decrease as per given information in question. If given percentage is in fraction form then use fraction values and increase with adding numerator in denominator or  if percent decrease then subtract numerator from denominator.

Price is always inversely proportional to the consumption. means if price increases, consumption should be reduced to maintain total expenditure. 
if price is decreases, consumption should be increased to maintain total expenditure. This is the basic property is used in these kind of questions.

If percentages are given in easy values, take 100 as total income and then go through according to question. Equate unit values with given amount and find answers.
