When functioning of one or more organs or organ systems are affected, characterized by various signs and symptoms, we say the person to be diseased.
Pathogens are the organisms that cause diseases in human.

Common Diseases (in Hindi)

Various bacterial diseases include typhoid, pneumonia, dysentery, plague, diptheria etc. Many of these diseases are preventable with use of vaccine. 
Salmonella typhi causes typhoid.
Pneumonia is a lung disease caused by S.pneumoniae and H.influenzae.
Dysentry is caused by Shigella
Plague is caused by Yersinia pestis

Bacterial Diseases (in Hindi)

Viral diseases includes AIDS, Common Cold, Polio, Chicken pox etc. 
AIDS is caused by HIV and Common Cold is caused by Rhino viruses.
Antibiotics are not effective against viral infections.

Viral Diseases(in Hindi)

Protozoal diseases includes malaria, amoebiasis and trichomoniasis.
Life cycle of plasmodium is completed in two hosts- human and mosquito. There are three species of plasmodium which causes malaria. Out of these falciparum is the most dangerous species which causes malignanat malaria.
Amoebia causes amoebic dysentery which presenta with blood clots in stool.
Trichomoniasis is a STD caused by Trichomonas. It increases the risk of acquiring HIV infection.

Protozoal Diseases(in Hindi)

Ringworm is the fungal infection caused by three fungi Microsporum, Trichophyton and Epidermophyton. It presents with intense itching and annular lesions.
Helminthinc diseases include ascariasis and elephantiasis caused by Ascaris and Wucherreria respectively.

WHO defines health as state of complete physical, mental and social well being. Many factors play role in maintenance of good health.
Diseases is defined as a state where functioning of one or more organs or systems are affected which is characterized by various signs and symptoms. Diseases can be infectious or non infectious.
Drugs and alcohol also affect health adversely.
