This lesson is mainly focusing on the definition of "sale" given in Section 54 of the Transfer of Property Act. Apart from it we have  also discussed the essentials of sale.

This lesson is starting the topic of "Rights & Duties of Buyer & Seller" of immovable property. Being a very lengthy & complex topic, it requires at least two lessons to cover up. Here in this lesson, only the Duties of Seller {Section55(1-3)} are covered.

Here, in this lesson we are covering up the topic of "Rights & Duties of Seller & Buyer" in continuation of the previous lesson. Here we are talking about the rights of Seller & Buyer and the Duties of Buyer which are given under Section 55(4-6) of the Transfer of Property Act.

In this lesson we are dealing with definition of mortgage as given in Section 58(a) of the T. P. Act. Also we have discussed the essentials of mortgage.

Lesson 4 - Mortgage : Definition and Essentials (in Hindi)

In this lesson, first three of the six kinds of mortgage are covered which are - simple mortgage, mortgage by conditional sale and Usufructuary mortgage.

Lesson 5 - Kinds of Mortgage : Part 1 (in Hindi)

In this lesson, we have finished with the kinds of mortgage by discussing the rest of 3 kinds.

Lesson 6 - Kinds of mortgage : Part 2 (in Hindi)

Charge is a similar term to mortgage. It is a kind of right which a person holds in some other's property. Mainly this lesson is centred on the difference between a mortgage and a charge. Before getting to the main topic we have also discussed the question "How a mortgage is effected?".

Lesson 7 - Mortgage and Charge (in Hindi)

Here we are starting the topic of "Rights and Liabilities of Mortgagor". In this first lesson we have discussed the very important "right of redemption" along with the "clog on redemption". It is continued in the next lesson.

The right of redemption is completed in this lesson. We have discussed here the "Illustrations on clog on redemption" and "Effect of redemption".
