This course basically deals with the basics of accounting or I would say the introduction to accounting where I have tried to discuss about the main topics as a course overview which I will be discussing in the upcoming sessions followed by the definition of accounting given by the different associations of America and American institute of certified public accountants. This is just a course overview which will provide you a base of telling you that what we will be discussing in the upcoming lessons.

This portion of the lesson I have tried to discuss about the primary functions of accounting which is again a base for starting up the topic of financial accounting and how accounting is an aid to decision making is also discussed in this lesson along with its information process which is very important again and the flow of accounting information. I am just try to explain out the basic functions and the importance also of accounting information in this particular lesson that how it helps out to take up the decisions for the business and for the entity.

In this portion of the lesson with the continuation of the accounting I have tried to discuss about one important topic of accounting that is double entry system where I have explained the classification of accounts followed by the golden rules which are very important for whole accounting life of yours and then some transaction examples which is also a very important part. I hope that you all have got some knowledge about the double entry system. The most important thing in this lesson is to understand and to know the golden rules which is covered under the classification of accounts and along with the golden rule another important thing is to know that which account comes under which head which I have not written in this lesson but I have just explained you while teaching so please go through the lesson carefully.

This course basically describes about the accounting cycle which is very important to know and I have discussed about the five basic and main processes of cycle of accounting which includes analyses transaction followed by the journalising them and then coming with the ledger and then trial balance and finally the preparation of financial statement and I hope that the students got destination which I have tried to provide. This recording process is just a process that start with source documents going up to the recording and then posting and after that balancing the information of the transactions through the trial balance and final step to prepare the financial statements and these steps are not just the steps but stairs to reach the accounting information and result.

Accounting Cycle (in Hindi)

This portion of the lesson describes the very very important topic and the process of accounting,i.e., Journal. It is very important to know and to learn the basics of journal entries because this is like the first footstep or first state to move on further in the accounting life cycle and the processes and Indus lesson I have discussed about the preparation of journal with its ingredients or simply the things which it includes while preparing it. The recording of journal entry is the most easiest thing and the basics of starting of accounting questions but if you do not practice it will be the most toughest thing because it just goes on like a story you just have to go through the golden rules which are very very important for recording the journal entries so please go through the golden rules as well.

In this portion of the lesson I have discussed the second process or the second step of the accounting cycle that is ledger and it is a summarised or a digestive system for all the recorded entries in the journal so that it can provide a clear image of accounts and help to prepare accurate an appropriate trial balance and later on followed by the financial statement. Most of the time the students while preparing the ledger accounts feel that it is a boring work to prepare so many ledger accounts but if you go on making lines and just playing with it through the journal entries while posting the entries to the ledger accounts it will be a very interesting thing you just need to have to practice it out.

Ledger (in Hindi)

This course basically describes about the third step or I would say the second last step of the accounting process of the accounting cycle that is trial balance and it is the summarised version where the entries recorded and posted are finally put in trial balance and here I have discussed that it is this financial statement which provides the accurate information and it also helps to locate the errors and rectify those errors. This is the most easiest and the interesting thing to prepare trial balance as it is short and simple but if even one thing goes wrong it is the most frustrated thing so while preparing it out it is mandatory to concentrate for just few minutes to prepare this trial balance and I have just tried to explain the main topics of trial balance.

Trial Balance (in Hindi)

This course basically describes about the introduction of the financial statement we have discussed about the introductory part of financial statement that is trading account and profit and loss account and balance sheet and cash flow statement and I have also discussed about the special journals with the sales book, purchase book and the cash book and I hope that you all have got appropriate knowledge of the topic I just wanted to explain. Preparing of these different kinds of books which I have explained is necessary so that the entries and the transactions can be bifurcated and be understood that which entry goes on for cash purpose and which moves on for the credit purpose.

This portion of the lesson basically describes about the basic terms which are very very important to know before starting solving out the questions related to trading account and profit and loss account and I have just tried to explain those basic terms with the explanation of performa of trading and profit and loss account which is not that hard as it looks but if you start practicing out the questions it will look  most easiest questions. Basic terms which I have discussed in this lesson are very important and they may be of one line but it carries lots of importance while preparing of the financial statements especially trading and profit and loss account.

This final portion of the lesson describes about the balance sheet which is very very important as it explains about the financial position of the entity and I have tried to explain basics of balance sheet with its performa and accounting elements with classifying the Assets and liabilities also. This final stage of preparing the balance sheet actually tells about the financial position of the company which it holds at the present scenario so it is very important for you understand the preparation of balance sheet after the preparation of trading and profit and loss account.
