Common nouns refer to anything in general.As the name suggests common refers to a name which is shared ,e.g.  cat,dog, boy etc.
Proper nouns refer to anything in specific i.e the name of a person,place , mountains,rivers etc.

The concrete nouns refer to the nouns which are tangible i.e. touchable whereas the abstract nouns are the intangible nouns i.e. the nouns which can't be perceived through the five senses but can only be felt and named.
E.g of concrete nouns:wood,chair,table etc.

Happiness, humanity, kindness etc.
