Note:- The figure which is shown in slide 3 is just for explaination purpose, there is no connection or relation of it with 2 stroke engines. 
Usually 2 stroke engines are not in used nowadays because of pollution norms. Well, This lesson shows basics of scavenging process. It also briefly speaks about scavenging methods and their comparisons. At the end learner learner will able to understand the basic of scavenging process, scavenging methods and also understand the difference in scavenging methods. Hope you like my efforts and teaching. This lessons show briefly about types of mixtures, effect of compression and Air-fuel ratio and specific heats on analysis of Fuel-Air cycles. Lesson 7:- Cycles analysis of IC engines (part 3:- Type of mixtures, effect of C.R, AFR on Fuel-Air)

(Note:- During dissociation O2 is dissociated and combined with N2 (which is majority in air) to form NOx which is harmful. In order to prevent certain system is used such as EGR i.e. exhaust gas recirculation, will discuss this in next lessons.). This lesson discuss about other two factors i.e. effects of chemical equilibrium and dissociation, molecular change on analysis of Fuel-Air cycles. At the end learner will able to understand efficiently and briefly about this factors and their effects on Fuel-Air cycles.
