he PIQ Form is a scientifically designed tool by the Defence Institute of Psych Research which tells the Assessors all about the Candidate. This PIQ Form is the 'start-point' of all assessment by the Interviewing Officer, Psychologist & Group Testing Officer and their initial impressions of the Candidate are made from this. In case the Candidate does not fill this form intelligently and with diligence, he/she would miss out very relevant details of his persona ( such as Hobbies, Physical Activity, Achievements, etc) which may give the wrong inputs about the Candidate to the Assessor leading to inaccurate judgment at times. This class would be about 'smart ways' to fill this Form while being 'honest & upfront' about his true personality.
