In this session Lt Col Ganesh Babu will discuss on how to do ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS after analyzing any situation/ event. At a spiritual level this can also be termed a LAW OF KARMA or the CAUSE - EFFECT RELATIONSHIP. This session will greatly help in identifying WHAT LED TO THE SITUATION, while writing the TAT stories. Also this session will help in identifying personal DELTA/ Gap in Performance and the cause behind those Delta. The classes will be conducted in Hinglish. Class start time: 8:15 AM.
