In the SSB Interview, we all have heard the term Officer Like Qualities (OLQs); but the question is do we understand what these OLQs are? The answer invariably is NO. In the series of OLQ de-Coded Series, Lt Col Ganesh Babu will bring clarity on all these 15 OLQs. This will help candidates to understand what each of these OLQs actually means and what can be done to develop them before going for the SSB Interview.
