I have  worked on a research project entitled "Chemical Profiling and evaluation of antifertility potential of leaf extract of Allamanda cathartica in male laboratory mice".

Scientific Skills:- In-vivo experience:-
Handling of Laboratory Mouse, Oral administration of plant extracts through Oral feeding needle.

Mice surgery, subcutaneous painkiller injection to mice, mice killing and sample collection ( blood, testis, brain, kidney, liver, lungs, heart, intestine ).

Scientific Skills:-Wet lab experience:-
Histology and staining, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA ( Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ).

Scientific Skills:-Wet lab experience:-Isolation of germ cell from mouse testis and Preparation of single cell suspension, Flow cytometry analysis, Isolation of protein and Western blot analysis.
