The road to achieving freedom was not an easy one. But, India made a tryst with freedom because of the Sacrifice, Courage and will of our forefathers to break the shackles of imperialism. Their Vision of New India rooted in Justice , Liberty and Equality has transformed India from Infant democracy to world's largest democracy. While we are on the cusp of celebrating 75 years of independence, it is high time we should pay tribute and be grateful to our founding fathers and take pledge to abide by and cherish the Ideals of freedom movement. This series is just a small tribute to our forefathers.
