This lesson is dedicated to different types of power in AC circuits. I have explained here Instantaneous, Real, Average, Complex and Reactive powers in detail with examples.

Power in AC Circuits

This lesson covers the basics of RMS and average value calculations of AC signals and composite signals. I have explained here its utility with some examples.

RMS and Average Value Calculation

This lesson is the most basic lesson of studying steady state response of passive elements in an AC circuit. I have explained here briefly the response of Resistance, Inductance and Capacitance via phasor diagram and power factor calculations.

Steady State Response of Passive Elements ( R, L & C)
