This lessons introduces us to the who the Nomads are? And specifically, who the Nomad Pastoralists are. We see the journey of the Pastoralists along with their herd of Cattle in the Mountain regions.

This lesson speaks about how the traditional society of the Maasai Community prevailed of having the Elders and the Warriors.

We see, with the advent of Colonial power how this traditional authority was questioned when they started to appoint the chiefs from every sub-group of the Maasai Community.

We see how the social changes in Maasai Society occurred at two levels after the Colonial power sets in.
