We see with limited area for grazing how the quality of pastures  deteriorated.

This lesson speaks about how the traditional society of the Maasai Community prevailed of having the Elders and the Warriors.

We see, with the advent of Colonial power how this traditional authority was questioned when they started to appoint the chiefs from every sub-group of the Maasai Community.

This lesson continues itself with respect to the pervious lesson of Not all were equally affected by the Colonial rule.
We see how the social changes in Maasai Society occurred at two levels after the Colonial power sets in.
