An overview of the course ''Our Environment'':
We will be learning about how to segregate the waste as biodegradable and non-biodegradable; about ecosystems and their components;food chains and food webs; activities that affect our environment and how we can save it.!

Course Overview

The lesson ''Waste around Us'' has been created to let you know how to segregate waste into biodegradable or non-biodegradable. This lesson will also tell you about why some substances are biodegradable and some are non-biodegradable.

In the second lesson ''Ecosystem and its components'' we will talk about how the various communities of living organisms interact among themselves as well as with their physical environment. 
We will also learn about the division of organisms as producers, consumers and decomposers.

In Lesson 3 ''Food Chains and Food Webs'', we are discussing about how food can be transferred from one organism to the other in the form of energy. 
We will also throw a light on effects of man's activities on the Ecosystem.
