This lesson discusses the advent of Islamic invasion in India including Mohammad bin Qasim, Mohammad Ghaznavi and Mohammad Gauri which led to the establishment of Delhi Sultanate.

After the death of Muhammad Ghori, Qutubuddin Aibak declared himself as Independent and this led to the establishment of slave dynasty. After his unfortunate Death at Polo he was succeeded by Iltutmish who is called as the real founder of the Empire.

Balban 40 long years and he consolidated his empire and prevented it from the attacks of Asian tribes.
