Indian judicial system consist of supreme court, high court and district court. Supreme court has power to review laws and give advice to president.

Supreme court judges are appointed by president in the recommendation of CJI. A supreme court judge can be removed only on the basis of proved misbehavior and incapacity.

High court judges can be impeached only on the basis of proved misbehavior and incapacity. The high court judge can be retired at the age of 62 yrs.

High court is a court of record. He can punish you for contempt of court.

High court has no say in armed forces matter. High court has original jurisdictions, applet jurisdictions etc.
