In this lesson i have given brief overview of nervous system.
Also i have discussed about basic definations like process of coordination.
We have seen two divisions on human nervous system that is 
Central nervous system and
Peripheral nervous system.

In this lesson i have discussed about structural and functional unit of our nervous system that is neuron.
Neuron is basically having cell body ,axon and axon terminal.
Cell body have various hair like structure projecting outside they are called as dendrites.
Cell body having cytoplasm and nucleus.
Again cytoplasm have various small granular structures called as nissils granules .
They are made of ribosome.

Types of Neurons.(in Hindi)

In this lesson i have discussed about resting membrane potential.
Normally the neuronal membrane at resting membrane potential have more permiablity towards potassium and less permeability toward sodium.

Generation of Nerve Impulse (Hindi)

In this lesson i have discussed about generation of action potential inside the neuron.
Basically impulse generation start with rapid influx of sodium that results in reversal of polarity of neuron .
After that this polarity will cause charge gradient and the charge will move from positive to negative side and impulse will be conducted across neuron.

Generation and Conduction of Nerve Impulse (Hindi).

In this lesson i have discussed about transmission of nerve impulse from one neuron to another neuron across synapse . There are two types of transmission .
1 electrical 
2 chemical
I have ellaborated chemical transmission with the help of neurotransmitters.

Central nervous system consists of brain and spinal cord.
Brain is central commanding and information processing organ of our body.
It is covered by three meninges these are :

Basically brain is devided into three parts :
1 forebrain
2 midbrain and 
3 hind brain.

In this lesson i have discussed about reflex action and reflex arc.
Basically it is involuntary act carried out by our central nervous system.
It involves afferent neurons and efferent neurons .
Afferent neurons gets the sensory information and it will provide this information to spinal cord.
Now efferent neurons will carry back this information and it will provide a motor response against that stimulus required by body.

Basically in our NCERT two main sensory organs are given that are eye and ear .
Eye is located inside socket called as orbit .
It is almost spherical in shape .
Eye have three layers from outside to inside they are :
