Introduction to Semiconductor Physics (in Hindi)

The lesson deals with the concepts of band structure, material classification. It will also deal with the thermal voltage to give you a clear understanding of the circuits.

Basics of Semiconductor Physics (in Hindi)

In this lesson we will study about, types of semiconductor, temperature coefficient. The lesson deals with the concept of mobility, its variations with respect to temperature and electric field. At the end, we will study about a variation of drift velocity and electric field and plot a curve between them.

Types of Semiconductor and Basic Concepts (in Hindi)

In this lesson, we will learn about the various currents like drift, diffusion, etc. It also deals with the concepts of the law of mass action, explained to you for the preparation of teh examination.
