The lesson begins with a thorough explanation of pressure, pressure gradient, and vertical distribution. We then get a grasp of atmospheric pressure vs altitude through an illustration. The lesson then centers on air temperature, the earth's rotation, equatorial low-pressure belts, subtropical high-pressure belts, circum-polar low-pressure belts and polar high-pressure areas.

This lesson explains efficiently the concept of monsoon. The presenter begins the lesson by stating the definition of monsoon and then explains the change of wind concept using diagrams.
