Biomolecules build up the organic components of a living system and helps it to survive. There are Small biomolecules and Large biomolecules based on size. Major Macromolecules about which we are going to study in detail in this course are - Proteins, Carbohydrates, Lipids and Nucleic Acids. We will also learn about Metabolic reactions and enzymes that accelerates these reactions within a living system. Metabolic flux and steady state are some more interesting facts that we are going to explore in this lesson.
