This lesson begins with an introduction to the entire course. It then moves on the explain how the powers of a company are intelligently distributed between the Owners and the Management of the company. It also explains what needs to be passed at a properly convened Board meeting, what can be passed by circulation and what can be delegated by the Board. The lesson ends with a brief note on the additional items for a Listed Company.
